All together they are there to make sure that the process of buying/selling and renting/letting runs smoothly.
As a Property Negotiator you need to be professional whilst being understanding of the clients’ needs – transactions involving houses are tough, both for the tenant/prospective buyer and the landlord/seller. This is why it is imperative that you have outstanding interpersonal skills as they will be used day-in day-out. Knowledge of your industry and any laws/regulations is also very important as your clients rely on you to get it right. The pressure can be high but once an agreement has been reached with the parties concerned then it is a very rewarding process.
