Who are we looking for?

Based in our central London office, you will continue to help grow our M&E team, supporting the Divisional Manager M&E, working mainly within the M&E Contracting market. As a Senior Consultant, this role will give you the opportunity to support and mentor Resourcers and Recruiters and progress within your own career to the next level.

This role will take on responsibility for growing revenue, worker numbers, profitability and Client portfolio. The ability to identify, pursue and convert new opportunities in the market are as important as your ability to resource and network the M&E candidate market.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• help develop team growth strategy in support of the Divisional Manager M&E.
• develop Tier 1 and SME business within the London / Home Counties M&E market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
• attend and represent company regional and national industry events.
• ensure communication between regions.

Operational:

• liaise with all levels of personnel throughout the business and each Client’s company.
• professionally represent Fusion People at all times.
• be responsible for delivery of individual sales budget and overall contribution to agreed team budget.
• ensure compliance is maintained in line with our ISO 9001 accreditation and Client specific rules.
• liaise and assist accounts with credit control issues and payroll on payroll issues, ensuring information is supplied promptly.
• comply with all company procedures and all legal processes.
• accurately report on figures and projections.

Skills required:

As a minimum:

– 2+ years’ experience in M&E Construction recruitment

– Strong knowledge of the London & Home Counties white-collar M&E market

– understanding of candidate sourcing techniques including search

– Coaching / mentoring ability with a passion to pass on your knowledge

– Good attention to detail and analytical skills

– Excellent interpersonal skills

Professional Qualifications required:

Degree preferable although not essential
