Our client is a leading FM support services business and due to an increase in project work with one of their blue chip customers, additional support is required to assist the Project Manager with delivery of various M&E, civil and fit out projects on site at Leeds / Manchester. The successful candidate will report to the site based Project Manager and will assist with various aspects of project delivery from initial conception through to handover.
The preference is for someone with a M&E background in building services with FM experience.
Prepare timing plans for submission to the customer and sub-contractors
Liaise with sub-contractors before and during project delivery
Review and comment / approve sub-contractor RAMS prior to commencement of works
Manage and ensure a safe working area throughout the on-going project delivery
Prepare O&M Manuals upon completion of projects
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain relevant information for products and services
Proficient IT skills; with the ability to use various computer packages confidently, including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
Experience of AutoCAD (2014) would be advantageous
IOSH (Managing Safely) qualification or similar
The role is predominantly site based but may be required to travel to other sites within the UK
Full clean driving licence required
