Are you a Engineering Supervisor/Lead Engineer looking for a great new opportunity in Bristol

My client is a leader in the FM/Engineering sector and they are looking to take on a full time, permanent Lead Engineer. 

Your responsibilities

Lead a skilled engineering team in the delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance across a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Perform statutory and mandatory testing in accordance with the relevant legislation

  • Develop an in depth knowledge of building systems and strive improve efficiencies
  • You will be working closely with the engineering team and the Building Services ManagerEstablish effective communication links between site staff and office
  • Assist in the development of scope/plans for project works.
  • Assist in developing team of engineers to provide services to a high standard
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate to the delivery of the role
Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications
  • Time served apprenticeship  (Essential)
  •  IOSH managing safety (Desirable)
  • HNC or HND in Building Service’s (Desirable)
  • Core commercial Gas as well as radiant tubes, pipework purging and testing and radiant tubes (Desirable)
  • Handling F-Gas as well as Refrigeration and air-conditioning level 2 (Desirable)
  • Good level of hands on experience of both electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems

Salary (Pay Basis) £

30,000.00 - £35,000.00
