Are you an experienced Administration Assistant and have worked within either Insurance, Financial Services or Professional Services?

Then I have THE role for you! 

My client a leading Lloyd's Insurance Broker is looking for an someone to move into a Team Secretary role to join their very busy Operations team.  

Your experience must include;

  • Booking and arranging meetings
  • Taking minutes during said meetings
  • Prepare and draft agendas
  • Manage expenses for the team
  • Manager the governance and compliance schedules
  • Manage the full filing system including the compliance library

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be able to accurately copy type, have fantastic Microsoft Office skills, a great communicator, and have experience of formal minute taking.  This organisation is very fast paced therefore you will be expected to work effectively in a changing environment.
