My client a leading Lloyd's Insurance Broker is looking for an someone to move into a Team Secretary role to join their very busy Operations team.
Your experience must include;
- Booking and arranging meetings
- Taking minutes during said meetings
- Prepare and draft agendas
- Manage expenses for the team
- Manager the governance and compliance schedules
- Manage the full filing system including the compliance library
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must be able to accurately copy type, have fantastic Microsoft Office skills, a great communicator, and have experience of formal minute taking. This organisation is very fast paced therefore you will be expected to work effectively in a changing environment.
