My client a leading Lloyd's Syndicate are looking for an experienced EA/PA to assist their Chairman.
Based in their London offices in the heart of the city, you as the successful candidate would be the EA responsible for the smooth running of the Chairman's workload.
This will include:
- Booking and arranging meetings
- Taking minutes during ‘said’ meetings
- Preparing and drafting agendas for Board Meetings
- Managing expenses for the Chairman
- Organising international travel including Visa's
- Managing all correspondence for the Chairman
- Organising events and conferences
To be considered for this EA/PA opportunity, you must be able to copy and audio type to a fast, accurate level, have fantastic Microsoft Office skills, be a great communicator and have experience of formal minute taking. This organisation is very fast paced therefore you will be expected to work effectively in a changing environment.
