We are looking to recruit an experienced FM data administrator for a leading Facilities Services business. You must have strong excel experience and be highly confident at data collection and analysis of data. Experience of Maximo would be helpful.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed performance management systems, which will involve implementing and managing agreed processes for the capture of information from all account teams and supply partners, inputting the information, interpreting the results and providing reports within given timeframes.
You will implement a structure of data and reporting that enables analysis and allocation of each workplace support service across buildings, services and occupiers of space.
You will be IT literate in MS Excel, preferably to the advanced level including previous use of pivot tables with experience of successful delivery of management information and analysis, with the ability to identify trends
You will be asked to take a test in Excel at interview and you must be able to undergo a CTC (counter terrorism check).
