Job description
This organisation are looking for a full time Administrator to work in a busy Repairs Office within Bromley. It is a 3 month contract due to additional workload, no possibility of extension at the moment.

Parking restricted at this office - the train station is 5 mins walk from the office. Working hours: 36 hours a week, 8:00 - 16:15 or 8:45 – 17:00 with an hour lunch

Duties include:

* Dealing with residents on the phone, emails. 
* Booking contractors in for communal work.
* Liaising with the call-centre and contractors in order for work to be completed.

Ideally they would like someone from a Repairs Background or someone who has worked in a fast paced environment along with a a strong administration background. 

Face to face interview date: Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th with a start date of Monday the 25th. Please only apply if you can start on Monday 25th January.
