Property Services Procurement & Contracts Manager

Property Services Procurement & Contracts Manager required for leading FM and Building Services business on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire. 

The purpose of the role is to achieve the best price and value for goods and services. The successful candidate will be tendering and negotiating contracts for the supply and receipt of services. You will manage supplier performance and ensure SLA's are met.

You will be processing payments, invoices and purchase orders. The successful candidate will also be required to develop a purchasing strategy. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in preparing tender and contract documentation.

An effective negotiator with an analytical mind.

Professional and well organised.

Candidates must have a good understanding of risk management.

Excellent understanding of building services or FM provision is essential.

You will need to have a full clean UK drivers licence.

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
