My client works in the Property Management sector they are looking to recruit to their very busy team a Customer Care/Maintenance Scheduler to start ASAP.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm - with the hourly rate between £9.00/£9.50phr.
Due to office location you will need to have your own transport as their is no public transport to the area.
Responsibilities will be:
A working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook
You will be responsible for taking and Issuing defect reports to assigned subcontractors or Customer Services Operatives for completion within the proscribed time scales within the contract timescales
Telephone queries from tenants relating to maintenance issues
Ensuring that the Contract Administrator, Client and the Clients Tenants are kept fully appraised of the status of each reported defects issue
Issuing weekly, fortnightly and monthly status reports as required in confirmation of open, closed and abortive issues together with the appropriate objective evidence in confirmation of same
Raise and send out correspondence to tenants as and when required
Liaison with supply chain to ensure the completion of all reported defect issues within the contracted timescales
General Administration required to complete your role
If you have worked in a maintenance coordinator role/property maintenance department in a similar role this would be a distinct advantage.
