Facilities Manager (Business Park)
Facilities Manager required for leading FM business on a permanent basis to work at a prestigious business park in Oxfordshire.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all operational FM requirements at contract level within the business park. Ideally you will be BICS qualified capable of carrying out site inspections and audits, ensuring SLA's are met, KPI's targets are achieved and reports are submitted to deadlines.
You will be involved in all aspects of the provision of services including recruitment, inductions, training and staff development.
You will have an in-depth understanding of health & safety legislation, risk assessments and method statements. This is a client facing role so candidates must be well presented and professional.
You will also need to be flexible in regards to the hours you work as early mornings and late evenings may be required to ensure the clients business needs are met. As there is potential to visit other sites a full clean driving licence is essential.
You will be a dynamic resourceful manager able to identify problems and deliver solutions. You will have carried out quality audits and have an understanding of fiscal reporting and budgeting.
