Our client is a long established Epsom based Construction Company. The company is now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance and Admin team.
As an Accounts Assistant your duties will include:
• Processing weekly payroll.
• Recording staff holiday.
• Issuing staff contracts.
• Management of Purchase Ledger including processing supplier invoices and cheque runs.
• Provide cover for sales ledger and subcontractor ledgers.
• Other Adhoc accounting and administration tasks.
The Ideal Candidate:
An ideal Accounts Assistant will have previous Accounts experience, preferably with Payroll and Purchase ledger experience and a small company background.
Construction industry experience is also an advantage.
You will need to be an organised team player with good attention to detail.
