We have been engaged to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational management for landscapes with the north of the UK. This is a great opportunity to for you to shape and initiate innovative approaches to service delivery with in a newly formed team, overseeing circa 70 people staff and an overall contract value of approx £4m within the region.
Reporting into the Head of Business development, your overall objective will be to deliver landscaping, cleaning, and site maintenance services across the Northern region.
You should have a proven track record in the management and delivery of soft services, preferably on a national contract. Knowledge and experience of project management, using Prince 2 / lean methodology would be advantageous as is a general understanding of both NEBOSH and COSHH. Based near Chorley, you will be required to travel across the North of England.
