We are looking for an immediately available Business Support Administrator with a finance or procurement background for 4 week contract in Salisbury Porton Down. The role is based on 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm
The successful candidate will raise all purchase orders for the contract's accounts and to support the Quoted works process, obtain sub-contractor quotes, providing requested reports and any other tasks required, provide billing support for other contracts, process any overtime, control of all chargeable work orders to contracts, update Maximo system with all Purchase orders and invoice details in preparation for billing and other duties in line with the role.
You will have previous experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills, together with IT skills including Word and Excel.
