My client is looking for 2 experienced receptionists to join their new team in Bristol.
They are a large Facilities Management company with great career progression opportunities
£18,000 per annum
- General receptionist details
- Answering and Screening incoming and internal telephone calls, taking accurate messages
- Meeting and Greeting Guests and visitors
- Managing room booking
- Good IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.)
- Excellent telephone etiquette, professional demeanor and appearance
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-organised, with strong attention to detail
Split shift between 2 receptionists - 8 - 5 and 10 -7
Both temp to perm roles starting as soon as possible
