Helpdesk Administrator required ASAP on a permanent basis! Joining an established team you have a key role where you will be required to provide an excellent helpdesk and administration service to their client. You will ensure their training facilities are fit for purpose including safety communications, responding to operational calls, surveillance, access control, producing reports, diary management and general correspondence.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
- General office administration
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- General typing
- Data input
- Email and post correspondence
- Work on a shift pattern
- All other duties as reasonably required
The ideal person will have experience working within an office environment carrying out general administration. Ideally some helpdesk experience but this is not essential as long as you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. You must hold a full UK Driving Licence due the hours. You must be willing to work on a shift pattern.
