Job description

I am looking for an additional services manager to join a leading provider of services to the MoD on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of Additional Services within a Region. Ensuring all Additional Service requirements are achieved in time, of good quality and against the required financial and commercial targets.

This will be based in Rosyth but you will be covering Scotland and Northern Ireland so travelling will be part of the role.


  • Deliver Health and Safety best practice and excellence 
  • Ensure Security and Fraud prevention systems and processes are adhered to at all times
  • Deliver Additional Services that are compliant with programmes, meet the required quality of workmanship and match budget requirements
  • Provide written reports and documentation as required by the Area Manager on the physical progress, financial status and KPI achievements of the current and completed projects
  • Ensure all projects meet the criteria of the MNW scorecard or any other KPIs introduced by the client or CA
  • Personally carry out periodic site Health and Safety audits 
  • Ensure all projects within Area are inspected on a frequent basis to check health, safety and performance requirements
  • Review all Additional Service within Region and identify best resource to deliver requirements
  • Manage and develop the Senior Project Managers and project management capability within the Region
  • Manage the provision of adequate resource to deliver Additional Services both from within the business and the supply chain
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Area Managers, Commercial, Sustainability and SHEF as part of the Area Team
  • Manage Additional Services budget and deliver in line with agreed profit targets for all projects within the Region
  • Monitor, support and develop supply chain relationships that lead to successful delivery of Additional Services
  • Lead and develop Risk Management activity and processes associated with Additional Services
  • Maximise cash flow by regul
