Are you looking for a real progression in your career? Then this is the right opportunity.
I am currently recruiting for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer for a Medium Sized Building Services Design Consultancy within Manchester whose portfolio consists of regional and national high profile projects. Recently, they have completed work within specific sectors in the M&E Design such as commercial, residential and retail projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments in key areas with large scale budgets. Going forward they have an ambition to step into the educational and healthcare sectors to broaden their areas of expertise and this is the reason they are looking to grow their team.
The company is privately owned and was established 11 years ago and has grown steadily since then even through the recession. The owners pride themselves on having a friendly atmosphere with responsibilities shared all the way up starting from junior engineers.
The role will involve carrying out design and calculation work across their existing project. The current business organogram shows this to be a very interesting opportunity as there will be a good level of exposure across projects and also a progression plan that allows for promotion for the right candidate.
Core values are vastly important as they have been developed over several years of successful projects and company growth. Values such as; understanding client's aspirations, maintaining technical competency, working as part of a team to create a positive working environment and better projects.
The right candidate should be someone who is ambitious, working towards the next step in their career and would be driven to develop themselves further. Preferably you will have a few years experience working within an M&E consulting environment and have a proven record of working on live projects across a range of different sectors. You would also be required to have a solid understanding of relevant software such as Amtech, Dialux, Relux.
So if you think you are the right candidate, then please get in contact on a non-committal basis to discuss the prospect further.
