Interim role – Director of Service Management and Assurance Scheme Administration – 6-9 month’s contract – Immediate start.
I am seeking a skilled Operations Director/Programme Advisor to join a well-established Financial Services firm at their riverside offices in the heart of London. They are one of the World’s largest and fastest growing pension schemes.
The nature of this role is to bolster capacity during the high volume ‘staging’ period of the Automatic Enrollment programme.
This thriving firm are going through huge business growth and are seeking someone with the proven ability to manage and maintain such growth between them and their third party company.
This role will include some travel to Peterborough for short periods of time, plus the possibility of travelling to India one or twice during your time there.
The chosen candidate will have the following attributes:
- A strong leader with experience of extreme levels of employer customer growth and a track record of delivering practical business outcomes.
- Significant experience in pensions operations and understanding of market norms for standard business as usual process.
- Experience in delivering high volume/large scale services through external vendors and during periods of high growth.
- Experience working within driven project environments, ideally for new products/organisations.
