They have secured 2 projects that will be commencing within the next few months and are inviting applications from experienced Site Managers to head up a fully resources site team consisting of a Project Engineer, Structures Foreman and the usual trades associated with major build projects. Reporting into a very experienced project manager you will also have a fully resourced commercial team backing you up on paperwork.
This role is a permanent long term appointment with an eye on future growth. The company is very well positioned to be taking advantage of future investments in the NSW construction market, having very solid relationship with government departments, corporate clients and overseas developers. To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience delivering as the No. 1 on site on projects from $30 Million plus
- Local experience in a major Australian city with a reputable contractor
- As this is a long term appointment you must have stability with former employers
- Coming from a commercial / Residential building background rather than mining / resources
- Ability to draw and drive programs on large scales build projects in the $30 - $100 Million bracket
- A strong safety record and ambition to develop further than site management in the future
