Job description

We need an Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be working on your own on a New Development taking customer details, qualifying their suitability, current market position, giving detailed and accurate information on the product you are selling

You will also need to:

-        Liaise with the sales manager, site manager and the sales and marketing team to ensure sale of all units as they are released. 

-        be responsible for managing the progression of the sales through to exchange and completion

-        Make sure that the sales area and surrounding grounds and show homes are clean and presentable at all times. 

-        Manage a database of visitors and clients re-trawling when required to maximize revisits. 

-        You will be working on your own and will be responsible for opening and closing the sales office daily and accountable for all activity. 


Wo Working 5 days a week to include Weekends Hours of working 10.00 5.00pm

 You will be paid a Good Basic and also good commission on Completion of property
