A Quality and Performance Manager is needed for a large Construction and Facilities company that has a social housing refurbishment and external works contract.
You will pro-actively manage the data accumulated from the operations to drive improvements in operating effectiveness and commercial efficiency, producing clear and concise technical reports.
This is a predominantly pro-active role, seeking improvements working together with operational teams and specialist suppliers Raising Work Orders and Compliance of Scopes and Reporting Structures from Supply Chain and Management. Managing & measuring Performance of Staff and Supply Chain associated with the CAFM system.
You will support the Project Team in developing the successful digital strategy, engaging pro-actively with the management team as a whole to ensure data & performance is used at both an operational and strategic level within the Account
You will ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive works, leading and collating the output of knowledge share and work to develop performance dashboards.
Ideally you will have experience in the management of the supply chain via VNexus(Maximo). Raising Work Orders, Monitoring Reporting, Working Closely with Supply Chain and Operational Teams re compliance with Procedures. Reporting Progress and Performance to SMT and Client Liaising with Data Team to develop Dashboards.
