We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a contract role based in Bournemouth.
This is a an exciting opportunity is available for an ICT Service Desk technician to join a large, dynamic team within ICT & Customer Services, supporting the ICT needs of our client for 12 months.
Working across the current two Authorities, ICT & Customer Services maintain and support a broad range of hardware and software technology, including Active Directory, o365, and Microsoft Exchange.
The Service Desk resolves most incidents and requests at point of contact and operate a shift rota - 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30.
You will have demonstrable experience of performing a Service Desk role, be committed to maintaining your technical knowledge and be passionate about customer service.
