Assistant Facilities Manager - Derby
A well established PFI schools contract in Derby has a new requirement for an Assistant Facilities Manager to help support three PFI schools as part of a wider PFI contract of 12 schools.
You will help manage the cleaners and caretakers and while the engineers are manged by a technical manager, you will oversee them on the sites you are supporting. You will play a visible role across the schools, carrying out audits and reviews, while taking a proactive approach to dealing with the client and the contract.
You will help with lifecycle plans, monthly reports and have an involvement in managing the workload using a Maximo CAFM system.
The contract is 12 years in to a 25 year contract.
