Our client is a leading main contractor working on one of London prestigious Station redevelopments with an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join their premises team to be responsible for the planning, coordination and supervision of the station fit out works packages. This is a permanent opportunity and your work history should demonstrate commitment to your previous employers.
This includes the monitoring of works taking place in the WBS , Tunnels and Station, comparing the activities carried out with the different works programme and ensuring the Project priorities are clearly implemented on site.
The Premises Agent liaises with other Managers ensuring that all the information about works progress, H&S or quality issues etc. is properly recorded, transmitted and any issues escalated.
The roll will be predominantly Day’s based but there will be occasions where Nights and weekend possession works need to be covered.
The Premises Agent is initially required to manage the Architectural Services Boom and Tunnel cladding.
Ensure incidents are reported and investigated
Collaborate with safety performance monitoring by completing Leadership tours and delivering briefings/TBT’s etc.
Responsible for identifying and resolving problems arising from technical site issues.
Ensure and enable safe and efficient execution of the works.
Assist with the co-ordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to the contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment and quality.
Co-ordinate and monitor subcontractors’ performance to ensure they follow Contractual requirements and Company standards. Report to senior management any deviation of the works planned or labour inefficiency.
Manage the interface with other works taking place in the station at each shift either by ensuring the information is properly shared with other subcontractors
Chair the different station fit out coordination meetings as required by the Premises Package Manager.
Responsible for ensuring quality standards are followed and achieved.
