Immediate Start for this Senior FM Project Coordinator role.
FTC until January 2020
A complex PFI/PF2 schools contract is about to undergo a defect project program of works to upgrade, improve and in some cases replace M&E services across 8 schools, including BMS, AHU's and Ventilation systems.
The defect work is being managed by the SPV and carried out by the current incumbent maintenance sub contractors, however this role sits with the FM provider to provide a liaison between all three.
You will be highly organised, have strong project management skills and work closely with the client and subcontractors to review and audit the works to ensure fit for purpose, prior to sign off and transfer over to the FM contractor.
There'll be lots administration and site visits, no direct project scheduling as this has already been done but you will have an impact on the program of works and project plans.
Project value is approximately £2m across the 8 schools.
A knowledge of M&E and PFI contracts would be beneficial.
