We are looking for a Communications Specialist for our client based in Portsmouth.
Strong technical knowledge (8 years minimum) of supporting Unified Communications is essential.
Assist Unified Communications Team Leader with the provision of technical support and analysis within technical disciplines associated to the Unified Communications team.
The ongoing development and deployment of Technical, Operational processes, covering procedures pertinent to the job-holder’s area of responsibility.
Provide guidance alongside both Team Leader and Head of Infrastructure Services in technical evolutions and strategies.
To provide technical input in relation to new technology opportunities and operational guidance to other team members.
To be able to supervise less experienced colleagues and taking responsibility for the overall technical quality of their work.
Maintain and monitor the group wide Lync infrastructure, encompassing Core Lync 2010, 2013, Skype for Business, Interactive Intelligence and Audicodes platforms. In support of these activities both capacity and performance management will also be a requirement.
