Corporate Receptionist - London
Based at a global law firm near Cannon Street and Bank stations, you will provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring you make the right impression every time.
You will take ownership of the front of house area, offering an outstanding meet and greet service to all visitors, occupiers and clients, assisting all customers and occupiers with their queries in a knowledgeable, professional and charming way.
You will answer all internal and external calls in a timely, professional, warm and friendly manner, offering a personalised service to all customers, signing in all visitors in accordance with security procedures, offering directions and assistance where relevant.
You must be able to demonstrate clear evidence of working within a premium customer service environment, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently.
This position is 37.5 hours a week covering opening hours between 7am and 6pm. You will be expected to cover these hours on a rotating shift basis.
