A well established Facilities Services business that is new to the area has a new requirement for a Facilities Coordinator to be based at their office in Kingsway, Derby.
This PFI contract has responsibility for four healthcare sites delivering Hard FM, fabric, pest control, window cleaning, manned guarding and grounds maintenance.
You will be expected to manage the Maximo helpdesk and the aspects of the contract that include; pest control, window cleaning, manned guarding, grounds and gardens.
There is an initial requirement to bring the Maximo system up to date and complete the outstanding processes and you will be expected to liaise with relevant subcontractors to ensure PPM's and reactive requests are carried out in line with the terms of their contract.
This project is 10 years into a 30 year contact.
