Working with our client who provides property management services, maintenance services and delivers project works to a range of locations throughout England associated with the Department for Education.
As the FM / Minor Works Project Manager you will be based at out Watford head office reporting to the Project Manager, covering a wide remit of responsibility to manage project works and minor works service delivery. This will include coordinating works feasibility studies, designs and specifications to tender packages. Prepare client estimates, recommendation reports and award works, through to works progress monitoring, completion and billing.
You must have a working background within this role or similar within a Facilities Management, Construction. You must have relevant qualifications within the construction and or facilities management industry and it would be desirable to hold a professional membership.
You must hold:
P405 Asbestos Management Course
You must have experience managing minor works and project works within the build environment and working on FM Contracts.
