Based at a highly respected corporate clients offices in Belfast, you will support and coordinate all FM services to the building.
Forming part of the front of house delivery team, you will establish good working relationships with the client and become the go to person and trusted partner for any FM requirements.
You will carry out floor checks, support the reception team, oversee the cleaning team, manage the visitor access cards and support the helpdesk function, all in the highest professional and friendliest capacity.
You will liaise closely with other departments including reception, security, porterage, mail room, housekeeping and cleaning to ensure the smooth operation of FM service delivery.
You will need a full driving licence and you must be able to demonstrate a strong background in Facilities Management.
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday.
