Client relationship manager - PFI
A client relationship manager is needed for a PFI schools contract in need of rehabilitation. After an agreed organisation restructure, this newly created role will lead the interface between the schools and the FM service delivery.
A hard services contract with some responsibility for grounds maintenance, this role requires a technical and highly process driven individual, with strong PFI contractual knowledge to get on top of the KPI shortfalls.
With no direct line management responsibility for staff, you will work closely with the Technical Services Manager, the Compliance Manager, the 6 Engineers and the helpdesk to ensure this contract improves month on month.
Home based with travel to sites in Hertfordshire, Luton and Reading.
