FM Account Coordinator
This is a highly visible role reporting to the Account Director of a very high profile, corporate client and you will have coordination and administrative responsibility for the structure of the account.
Responsibilities will include updating and distributing the account organisation chart, including starters, leavers and amendments, ensuring the correct processes are adhered to by all managers, generating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for the senior leadership team.
Update the clients main property list to ensure all buildings are being supported across the account.
Coordinate and facilitate monthly training sessions including webexes and conference calls on smarter working practices and non compliance.
Create and distribute a regular account newsletter, coordinating with the client.
You must be highly organised, professional, well presented with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
IT literate with exceptional working experience of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
