Head of Customer Solutions – FM

A well respected Facilities Management company, has a new role for a Head of Customer Solutions.
You will be responsible for designing and continually developing a lean, efficient, effective, compliant and customer focused operational facilities management solution.
With a strong outsourced FM operational leadership background, you will take ownership of the Target Operational Model, continually reviewing and enhancing new workflow processes, technology and features, including taking tactical ownership of the CAFM support and data/insight models and direct management of the CAFM support team who support mobilisations and operations.
You will have direct line management of the soft FM subject matter experts: CAFM, Cleaning, Security, and close liaison with their hard FM peers managed elsewhere, including the management of the operational solution design process in bids (new prospects and renewals) and drafting of compelling work-winning material
You will promote the Target Operating Model with the account teams ensuring compliance and therefore optimisation.
With strong CAFM system design, deployment and management, a key focus will be the promotion and utilisation of Smart Building and Energy Services propositions to enrich the TOM, using data to generate insight to both enrich operational strategy and generate value.
You will engage with a broad range of internal colleagues, including the Operational Board and their Account Director teams, and with external Clients and third parties, allowing you to identify areas of opportunity both to solve operational and commercial problems, and also continually develop business strategy.
