Property Maintenance Supervisor



£24,000 - £28,000 + Van

We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Property FM Company! You will be responsible for covering an area of properties managing the supply chain ensuring the maintenance and works tasks are carried out to time, spec and budget.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the delivery of void preparation, maintenance and response works in accordance
  • Monitor Supply Chain service delivery, value for money and quality
  • Coordinate the day to day activities of the site team
  • Health and Safety
  • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements ensuring they are acceptable
  • Ensure that M&E equipment, boilers etc. are all set to work correctly
  • Witnessing the commissioning and testing of new equipment is being carried out by competent supply chain operatives.
  • Ensure empty properties (voids) are inspected regularly and meet the required standard
  • Ensure compliance with the Asbestos Register and Legionella Management Plan
  • Undertake inspections of properties
  • Update all relevant systems and paper work on works carried out
  • Be the point of contact for all properties within your area
  • Manage occupant move in and move outs
  • Attend meetings as required
  • All other duties as reasonably required




You will have a proven working background within this role or similar where you have been responsible for the maintenance, repairs and small works for various properties – both occupied and unoccupied. You must have proven experience managing and supervising staff and managing sub-contractors.


You will hold relevant qualification (Trade, M&E, Facilities Management etc. or similar) or proven working history within this role.


You must have experience of:

  • Delivering Housing Property Management tasks
  • Good all round knowledge of all the trades
  • Leading teams to achieve KPIs
  • Customer service, ensuring the customer is kept happy and up to date
  • Fully IT literate
  • Full Driving Licence
