Job role: Mechanical Supervisor / Project Manager


Location: Stafford, Staffordshire


Salary: £35,000 (Negotiable DOE)


Fusion People are working alongside an established building services contractor  to recruit a Mechanical Supervisor / Project Manager to manage various contracts within Staffordshire and the surrounding areas. Work undertaken will include the management of a number of commercial projects in the Staffs region up to the value of £1.5 million.


This an office based role but regular site visits across Staffs is essential so all applicants must hold a valid driving licence.


The successful applicant would work alongside Contracts Managers to schedule labour to various projects, as well as managing the sites to ensure all of the work that is carried out falls in procedure with the required safety and technical policies.


The essential skills/ experience for this role are:


- Experience carrying out multiple different contracts.


- Budget and Project Management


- Understanding of the current H&S Legislation
