A pivotal role in the Royal Parks Contract assisting the Maintenance Manager to deliver services within a nominated geographical area. The position will be responsible for the operational delivery of all works including planned, reactive and small quoted works within the operating region, there will also be an element of quote writing expected. The successful applicant will assist with the supervision of a team of mobile Technicians to ensure service delivery is to the highest standards and maintained across multiple clients.
Additional responsibilities include; Assist with the coordinating/chair monthly team progress meetings, ensuring continued compliance with Client and Internal KPI / SLA’s, assist with the recruitment and selection of new team members, responsibility for regional H&S and QA compliance, have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to promote the services delivered to new and existing clients.
Onsite working hours; 08:00 – 16:30 (40 hrs per week) inc. 30 min break
It is imperative that the successful candidate understands that this a mobile role, whereby they will be required to work in ALL affected properties, so therefore the willing to travel from home, to and from these properties is crucial to the success of the role;
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work in inclement weather. Full uniform and PPE will be provided and you will be expected to wear it all times. You will be required to supervise the team from the field, working alongside the team in the field 80% of your working week, the other 10% will be based in the office at Hyde Park, attending meetings and assisting with the planning and scheduling of works.
