Mon – Fri (37 hours)
My client are currently recruiting for an Operational Team Leader, the post holder will oversee and ensure the delivery of efficient quality services, within financial parameters, that meet customer needs within this specialist area.
Considerable relevant experience at a supervisory level is essential, as is a proven ability to supervise and manage successfully all resources whilst delivering exceptional customer service within a large scale operation.
Experience of managing budgets, being commercially aware as well as experience in tenders / bids for new business

- Good communication skills and a high level of numeracy and literacy skills, along with the ability to present clear instructions.
- A proven ability to work well under pressure and to manage change in a competitive environment
- A sound knowledge and practical application of all workplace Health & Safety issues.
Must be able to obtain a DBS.
