Retail Operations Analyst
A new opportunity has become available to provide provision of reporting to both internal / external customers, to provide management with monthly internal performance metrics, to pro-actively seek opportunities to improve accuracy / efficiency through process development within the Retail Operations Department and to provide ongoing operational support to the Credit Control management team.
• Ensure all reporting is generated in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• To ensure that management information is provided to agreed KPI deadlines.
• To pro-actively seek opportunities to improve wider team efficiency through process automation and improvements.
• To help ensure departmental priorities and deadlines are met by assisting other Teams within Retail Operations, focusing heavily on assisting the Credit Control department.
• Adhere to internal processes and risk frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Previous analytical experience.
• Previous experience in a commercial environment.
