Our client is looking for a highly skilled Sales Negotiator with a proven track record within the New Homes sales industry with the ability to be able to demonstrate their previous track record in the industry. This will be a new development in the Banbury area you will be working 5 days a week this will include the weekends and bank holidays. You will also need to be Computer literate for this company so you will need excellent admin skills and the ability to work at a fast pace. Compiling competitor reports to include selling and selling prices in New Homes and the second hand market providing feedback to management as and when required, with the ability to work in accordance with requirements of the business unit sales manual.
Be able to secure the sale of New Homes to achieve contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.
To utilize sales tools, promotions and incentives, to manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers with regards to contract exchange deadlines to ensure that these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process.
Record all visitors’ sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports regarding visitor’s sales and proceeding.
Liaising with the Site Manager regards to sales and production issues on site.
At all times to ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed regards to customer access into the construction areas of the development.
