Selective Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with proven Customer Services skills working within a call centre environment. You will be responsible for dealing with approximately 40 calls per day from customers and will provide the first Customer Services contact. You will be liaising with external customers to ensure excellent customer service.

Salary: £Negotiable - 6 month contract

- Experience in resolving payment plans and issues
