Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new challange? My client, a national facilities company are looking for a Facilities Manager to start in a temporary to permanent position asap in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well reknowned organisation, where career prospects are endless. 


08.00 - 17.00 

Monday - Friday 

The package 

£17.31 per hour (PAYE) 

Car Expenses given (whilst in temporary position) 

21 days holiday 

Pension contribution

Main duties

To suppotr the delivery of a consistent FM service to the site, providing consitent in service standard, reporting and communication.

Draw on experience to drive FM actions in the cost efficiences programme by managing and delivering appropriate FM activities.

To support the escalation route for the client and key stakeholders for severe service and customer related issues. 

To attend building service review meetings with key stakeholders which will include area's of improvement. 

The candidate

Experience with hard services

Experience with facing and communicating well with key-stakeholders.

Must have driving license.
