A large, well known Facilities Management company has a new requirement for a Business Process Auditor to be based at their Birmingham regional office.
Supporting the Head of Business Process Management, you will ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and external business standards such as ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO14001 (Environment).
You will ensure that each business unit / function operates within the policies, procedures and regulations and are aligned to contractual obligations and you will prepare written reports of the results of the audits and present the results to management, making recommendations as to what must be done to become compliant.
You will also support the provision of strategic & operational support so that business management risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.
You will have a proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions and be experienced with the implementation and management of integrated management systems.
With high-level knowledge of legal processes, you will also be able to demonstrate continuing professional development and be able to show evidence of practical audit/inspection experience along with knowledge of Business Collaboration and Business Continuity
Qualified Lead Auditor in 9001:2015 (IRCA Registered)
Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance (PCQI or CQI MCQI)
