We are looking for HR Project Manager based in Birmingham on a 6 month rolling contract.
Responsible for developing products and services to provide a common and consistent environment in which programmes and projects can be delivered to enable effective HR programme delivery. The role will also provide coordination support for any HR PMO activities ensuring project milestones can be met.
Manage a small team in preparation of people implementation of wide scale operational change programme
Employment law knowledge of employee collective and individual consultation processes – management of these processes to ensure compliance
Referral/escalation point for HRSS team for employee/line manager advice and potential appeals
Interface with COE (Reward/Resourcing/IR/HRMI) to ensure smooth management of issues and processes required within an large organisational change process
Ensuring team manage a compliant consultation process
Ensuring the team run to timelines/plans and escalate issues to HO HR Operations/HOHR as required
Pro-active action to address issues on Case tracker
Rate: £550 per day inside (IR35) plus agency charges
Length: 6 months
