Senior Operations Manager
Working for Traded Services you will be responsible for the day to day planning, organising and management of our catering and cleaning services, ensuring they are efficient, profitable and of a high quality. You will have responsibility for a diverse and predominantly remotely based workforce.
With direction from the Head, the post holder will drive and ensure delivery of the Operational services strategy and ensure delivery by setting priorities and service levels, driving forward a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
You will seek opportunities to develop catering and cleaning services and grow business, identifying tender opportunities, managing bids, defining pricing strategies within an agreed/ established framework and ensuring the management of effective customer relationships.
You will manage all service contracts and ensure services are delivered profitably. The post holder will ensure the achievement of performance and income targets in this area, managing overall resources within the service delivery teams to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
The post holder will represent the Operations Delivery teams on the Senior Leadership Team within Integra, the Traded Services.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in managing either catering or cleaning services at senior management level.
- A proven successful track record of managing, organising and coordinating services, ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives,
- Proven sales and negotiating skills and experience in bid management.
- Interim role, initial 6 month contract with immediate start available.

- 27.85 per hour
