A property developer are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage the build of both private and affordable properties for a local housing association based on site in Rugby
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will have help run the housing development and subcontract trades and labour. You will help manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will help carrying out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will maintain health and safety on site. This will involve risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
A privately owned house builder. They build traditional affordable housing association as well as open market private housing schemes across the Midlands and build over 160 homes annually. Typical sites range up to a maximum of 30 houses and apartments per development. They build a mixture of private and affordable housing.
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
