A large house building construction company are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage a large flagship new build social housing project in Northampton
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will assist the Site Manager in running the new build housing project.
A 7 year project with 750 homes on behalf of a housing association. Traditional build houses.
You will help manage the site within a set build program and help make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager,Assistant Site Agent,Finishing Foreman or a Manager in a similar new build social house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid,IT skills as well as a driving licence.
