Administrator / Customer Relations Admin required ASAP to start a temporary contract in Wokefield Park! Full time hours Monday – Friday, £10.00 an hour PAYE
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administer all course requirements to meet customer needs
- Liaise with line manager to produce pertinent course and delegate related reports
- Deliver customer contact plan to maximise course attendance
- Liaise with client and retailers to understand specific needs and action where appropriate
- Carry out all relevant course and awarding body administration needs
- Maintain and update their systems to reflect the most up to date trainer and course information
- To administer all relevant tasks in line with certification, accreditation and delegate course completion
- All other administrator duties as reasonably required.
You must have experience working as an Administrator in a busy office environment. You must have excellent communication skills and must be fully IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
You must be available to start and must be able to get to Wokefield Park, Reading, RG7
