Accommodation Project Manager
A new opportunity has become available to lead a portfolio of projects as a specialist individual contributor. To deliver technical, enforcement and regulation services within the context of the business plan and specific project objectives. If relevant: to lead or supervise a small team.
The Accommodation Project Manager will take a lead role in project managing space planning, office moves and minor building works across the corporate estate. They will also be expected to support team colleagues and provide input for occasional projects and service contracts.
- Degree in architectural design or equivalent building related qualification.
- Post qualification experience with a proven successful track record of delivering accommodation/project/space planning services ideally in a local government or similar complex organisation.
- Evidence of Auto-cad training e.g. CAD City & Guilds Level 2 and the technical/design ability to deliver space planning or architecture designs skills.
- Good written communication skills to write and update manuals for use by building occupants throughout the estate, prepare technical reports, specifications and instructions.
