We have been awarded assurance as a training and assessment provider by NSAR, RTAS and Network Rail. We are also ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001, and RISQS audited and verified.
Fusion People have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and are currently working towards the Silver Award.
In addition to our Warrington training facility, we have the use of an approved outdoor track area for TIC courses, and the use of a state-of-the-art of internal/external OLE training span, to facilitate the delivery of AP and NP courses.

Fusion People Training is a fully approved and audited supplier under the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS), authorised to carry out drug and alcohol testing on behalf of Network Rail.
RISQS Drug and Alcohol Testing Service
We uphold our RISQS accreditation through regular audits, ensuring our testing services meet the highest industry standards. Our tests are conducted for Network Rail and its subcontractors, with results uploaded directly to the Sentinel system.
We provide a comprehensive range of testing options, including:
Pre-appointment (Pre-employment) testing
Random testing
Periodic testing
Additionally, we offer a rapid-response ‘for-cause’ drug and alcohol testing service to support contractors in meeting their RISQS audit obligations.
All testing is carried out at our Fusion People Training facility located in Warrington (WA1 4RF).
